Discount codes
How do discount codes work?
Occasionally, we offer discount codes for savings on certain guidebooks or series, and we also partner with organisations to provide discounts to their members. To use a discount code, select the dropdown option in your checkout basket, enter the code, and click "apply."
Why isn't my discount code working?
Please note that discount codes don’t apply to items already on sale and only one code can be used per order. If your discount code isn't working for any other reason, please check the following:
- Are you logged into your Cicerone account? (Some discount vouchers will not work unless you are logged in to a valid Cicerone account.)
- Has the voucher code expired? (Please check the terms of the offer to make sure the code is still valid. If you have access to a discount code via an organisation or you've seen an offer code in a magazine, you will need to contact them to find out if the code has expired. If you've seen the code on the Cicerone website, in our newsletter or our social media channels, send us an email and we can help.)
- Are you purchasing items excluded from the discount code? (Additional discounts cannot be applied to items already on sale or discounted for other reasons, such as the compass we offer at a reduced rate, books in our print and ebook bundles, or purchases made under the New for Old scheme.)
Can I join a Cicerone club and get a discount?
We occasionally create special offers for users of the Cicerone website, along with exclusive offers, competitions, and promotions in our e-newsletters. If you’d like to receive our e-newsletter (sent twice a month), just email us at info@cicerone.co.uk to sign up.
