Experience the magic of being by the sea on this quiet, peaceful route that offers plenty of time near the ocean to swim, walk, cycle, and enjoy fresh seafood. You will start from Oia and walk your way to Santiago de Compostela. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to stay in the beautiful coastal cities of Baiona and Vigo before rejoining the traditional Camino Portugues from Redondela to Santiago de Compostela. This part of Portugal's Camino de Santiago coastal route is known for its seafood, particularly its oysters and scallops. You can wash it down with the local Albarino wine for a true gastronomic delight.
