Walkers and livestock: how to behave around animals
Natalie Simpson explains how best to minimise the potential risks - to yourself and the animals - when out walking around livestock
Natalie Simpson was first introduced to the joy of walking by her grandfather, who led many family walks in Furness and the South Lakes. Her interest in all things Celtic took her to Ireland, where she spent ten years studying Irish Gaelic before returning to her native Cumbria. She has walked extensively in the Lake District and the Isle of Man. She joined the Cicerone editorial team in 2016 and is delighted to have found a job that combines two of her great loves: books and the outdoors.
