Guides are sold at the prices indicated, with postage costs as appropriate depending on where you are and how many guides you buy.
Our normal postage charges are:
UK (first class postage)
We currently offer FREE FIRST CLASS POSTAGE (UK addresses only) for all orders placed on this website.
Europe
1-2 books £2 per book
3-9 books £1 per book
10 or more books No charge
Rest of World
1-2 books £3 per book
3-9 books £1.50 per book
10 or more books No charge
How long will your order take to arrive?
For UK orders, all orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours, so should usually arrive within 48 hours.
Orders to Europe will normally arrive within 3-5 working days from the time of despatch.
Orders to the rest of the world will generally take 7-10 days (USA and Canada), possibly longer for other areas.
Obviously these timings are for guidance only as your order is in the hands of the postal system!
Our guarantee
If you are not happy with the guide, please return it in perfect condition and we will immediately replace it in the case of a production fault or refund the purchase price (including postage) if this is what you prefer. No quibbles, no fuss, we just sort it out.
How to pay
Cards accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro. Your shopping on the Cicerone website is secure and we are certified by Instant SSL as a secure site. All transactions take place on a secure server.
Unfortunately we cannot take SOLO, AMEX, Diners Club, or Laser cards.
VAT
There is no VAT on book purchases made within the UK.
Duty and Customs
We are not aware of any duty and customs charges that apply to our retail sales of books. However, if there are any such charges, these are the responsibility of the purchaser as we have no control over these costs.
